Why did you start added a 1080x1080px image, and then changed it to 1200x1500px?? It isn't better to just put 1200x1500px directly?

Yes! You can post even taller images organically. Just not supported by ads.

Unfortunately, no I'm trying to solve that problem myself. The solution so far has just been able to create a 4:5 ratio to make the sign, same as the best fit for a placement

Interesting statement, for which objective? How long did you run this test for? Which placements did you choose?

@@VertexMarketingAgency Direct response B2C and B2B, leads, longer funnel sales and 80% of the time instant sales. Been running FB ads since jan 08. The economics for each placement are different. CPM, CPC, CTR , CPA and often longer funnel conversions yield different KPIs and require independent optimizations. They should never be run together unless the audience is so small you need scale. Running them together is easier for META, Agency, but not best for client. Meta does not want people doing this as they have a product that is real time and they want to max revenue (RPM) by giving you impression that is best for them. This may be why they no longer report results at placement or platform level. Client focused campaigns often do not follow META best practices.

Usually it will tell you why, but could be that the content type is not compatible with that placement.
