how do set the pixel of the design block for each design. i mean some design 400x400px, some 200x200px, sometimes 600x600px. can you share your formula. i am lost. thanks a milion if u respons this

The size is set by your canvas size when you create your document. Depending on your end goal for the patterns you may choose a smaller or larger canvas. I design now at a large canvas size 7200x7200 px. You can always save it down but since Photoshop is pixel based you really should not scale up.

Are you talking more about digital paper and what scale to use for the pattern repeat for your 3600x3600 digital paper? It really depends on the pattern and what kind of scale you want for you repeats to look. My pattern repeat size for digital paper is usually around 450 to 600 pixels.
