Do you have any more information on timing the vertical force as early as possible?

Hi guys Great videos that the last ones!! Dr Tyler, a hughe question for me, you always hold the club front hand in your demo's. Do you think golfers must concentrate on their front or trail arm during the swing?? Best regards from Belgium

Haven't noticed that I do that in my demos, but it is interesting to note. Currently I am working on some feels in my lead arm/hand in my golf swing. I think that is why I tend to gravitate towards that. I think the feel of the arms/hands in the swing is going to be very dependent on what the golfer is trying to accomplish. We do know that the lead arm/hand will generate a larger percentage of force in the swing for good players, but in terms of what to focus on it could be that a player could be thinking about different arm hand structures depending on their own swing. Check out our webinar with Christoph Bausek, he presents a cool case study at the end where he had a player focus on the lead wrist motion to help clean up some forces. I think you will enjoy that.
