Vertical Laser Shaft Alignment with Rotalign VertiSweep

This feature is added free to your Rotalign Ultra iS Laser System when you update your Rotalign Ultra's computer to the newly released 3.10 Version FW, It is now available for download from Ludeca's web page. Note in the video, that they selected to display the angle at each coupling in DEGREES. They could have also selected to display the coupling results (without having to take new reading) as: 1) Offsets at each coupling 2) Gap (per your desired coupling diam) or angle per inch at each coupling 3) Gap and offset at the top Coupling 4) Gap and offset at the bottom Coupling Also note that the tolerances were set to "User defined (Max Values) tolerances" (indicated by the little person right next to the "Smiley Faces") The Max Values used for this alignment will be displayed in the alignment report. Truly, no other system has this much versatility.

Thanks for the info "Alignment Expert" and especially the comment "Truly no other system has this much versatility". This is very true! As an update, all firmware updates should be downloaded directly by the OEM at www.pruftechnik.com as the company mentioned in your post is no longer the distributor.
