Man that's some device, I've had about 20mins training along with the MRIP SLANT BOARD At Anthony "The Star" Geoghegans Physio clinic/ Training Centre in County Carlow Ireland, and he's had Olympic champions, World Champions, and nation Champions here in Ireland travel a very long way to to be trained on this vertimax board and they r all improving and reducing injury BIGTIME. How much is 1 of these Boards? I'm sure Anthony would let me spend some time with his coaches to educate me on how to use this for all the different sports people out looking to improve along with the instruction video's found on this channel.
