Vertis North is a mixed-used development in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a joint venture project between Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and the National Housing Authority (NHA).
Vertis North covers an area of 29 hectares (72 acres) and is bounded by the Epifanio De los Santos Avenue in the west, the North Avenue in the north, Agham Road in the east, and Quezon Avenue in the south.More than half of Vertis North's area is allocated for office use.
The Ayala Malls Vertis North shopping mall is within the area's premise. The 24-storey Seda Vertis North hotel, among the largest in northern Metro Manila with 438 rooms, is also situated in Vertis North.
Residential developments in Vertis North include Avida Vita, Avida Sola, Alveo's High Park, and Alveo's Orean Place.
Vertis North Rain Garden, which upon its completion will sit on 2 hectares (4.9 acres), is now operational and open to the public
Solaire Resort North A new Integrated Hotel Resort and Casino in Quezon city is Almost Finished.
A Giant LED Screen is now installed facing the busy Edsa.When complete it will offer up to 600 hotel rooms, 250 gaming tables and 2,000 to 3,000 slot machines.
This property is envisioned to be mass focused space and will be at par, if not even better than Solaire in Entertainment City.
Solaire Resort North is a P1.9billion (approx. US$40m) project in Quezon City. Chairman of Bloomberry Resorts Corp, Enrique Razon Jr.’s second casino prject in the country. Through Sureste Properties Inc. (SPI), a hotel and resort development arm of Bloomberry, the casino will be built on a 15,676-square meter of land acquired from the National Housing Authority in 2015. SOLAIRE NORTH RESORT is similar to its first casino in the country also in Metro Manila, the Solaire Resort & Casino in Parañaque.
The property is situated on Vertis North, Quezon City Central Business District, which is part of the Housing Authority’s partnership with Ayala Land Inc. The property is bounded by three major roads, EDSA, Quezon Avenue and Agham Road. Quezon’s first central business district will consist mostly of commercial and office spaces with residential and retail components as well.
The opening of Solaire Resort North in Quezon City is scheduled on May 2024.
The Metro Manila Subway Quezon Avenue Station is now on its pre construction activities.The yard is now cleared before construction of the underground tunnel starts.

kuya share ko lang po yun email sa akin ng solaire, sa may 25 na ang grand launching ng solaire hotel casino with 38 floors. free unli drinks sa casino sa may 25. free entrance sa casino. plano din po ng ayala mag tayo ng chapel within the area ng mga residential and offices dyan sa vertis. ang buong area ng mula vertis north, up diliman and qc circle ang magiging quezon city business district paaabutin nila yan po daw up to more than 300 hectares. maraming gigibain para sa mga right off way na parang bgc ang dating according to some developers.

I was at Vertis North last January and stayed there for 2 weeks. The squatter destroys the view. They were relocated before 2027. I bought a condo last year at Vertis North from Ayala Land too pricey but the good thing is the value of the unit appreciated by 10% in less than a year. You can never go wrong with AyalaLand, their projects are guaranteed. Hello from New York City. 🗽🍎😍

Sa dami ng condo units at casino all the way to entertainment city magiging gamblers hub ng mga intsik ang manila. Dadami ang mga intsik tourist at sana hindi abusuhin yung visa dahil bawal ang overstayers magiging TNT kung mag-expired ang tourist visa.

Bagong bus concourse sa SM Megamall? Parang wala naman dun. Walang naghuhukay kasi Ortigas-MRT connection na ung nakatayo dun. Ibig sabihin nakatayo na ung bus stop dun unlike dito sa SM North.
