Other problem is it says hes hitting cheaters in the head so if the guy got hit, then cheated.. you have not accomplished what you said you have to tag him a 2nd time to be hitting a cheater or out player. SpeedCraftt Eye protection is essential for airsoft. As in no airsoft field will let you play without eye protection of some kind because you seriously risk losing sight if you get hit there. Apart from that unless a bb hits you right in the earhole it’s not going to seriously injure you, still it’s definitely recommended to have full face protection because getting hit with a bb on any unprotected skin is nasty, never mind face tissue which is softer and never mind the fact that these dudes are using some pretty hefty guns.

From my understanding, when you are hit and you do not signal that you have been hit, or downed, you are basically lying by continuing to play despite being hit. Once hit, you're supposed to be "dead," in this scenario, so you signal that by raising your hand. First few people in this video just ignored being hit, and in doing so, became cheaters.
