I had someone park in my driveway once. They came a couple hrs later. I made them wait bout 10 mins before answering the door, then made them wait another 20 mins or so while I was "looking" for my car keys, then another 5 while I was on the phone. Never had a problem after that. Yes, I am that petty. I usually have 14hr shifts with 1 1/2 he drive each way. They are lucky that I hadn't just finished one of those shifts as they would be stuck until I had gotten up for my next shift.

I'm a proud Brazilian girl. I love touching people, hug and kiss people's face saying "How are you?" with a big smile. Saying "good morning, how are you?" to everyone walking on the street, catch a baby who I don't know in my arms and the mom be happy for people think her baby is cute. One time for a competition at community college I had to perform a monologue and I was really nervous about it because I had only been signed up by my professor the day before. Any way, I’m waiting backstage and it’s very obvious that I am having extreme anxiety about this and a girl was trying to comfort me (whom I did not know.) So she tried to give me a hug and I panicked and forgetting all social manners, I just kind of backed up and slowly said “Oh... no thank you....” To which there was an awkward silence followed by her sitting down. There were like 10 other people who witnessed it. I still think about that a lot.

I met a super lovely woman at a beach vacation. She started talking to me & we hit it off right away. She introduced her myself in her cute lil yankee accent “hi. My name’s Samaria”. I lived in Brazil for a couple of years where they kiss on the cheek. Some states it's one, others it's two. My state was two, but some people do a kiss and a hug if they're friends. I worked at a language course with ADULT students and befriended a few. During one course event, I greeted a particular student/friend for a kiss/hug (what we usually did) but he went in for a double kiss (how he'd greeted everyone else that evening). We ended up accidentally kissing on the lips in front of everyone, including my two bosses. My greatest fear had been realised.
