I dont usually comment but here is a little story I think is worth sharing with you. Last year, I was really struggling with motivation and depression around Nov-Dec. Hard times, you know? But then I found this channel. I just used to watch these vlogs and used to do nothing, and slowly everything went from worst to okay. In SwiftUI ScrollView is vertical by default so it will stretch vertically to fill the entire window. however in the horizontal axis on the moment you load the app. since the images hasn’t been loaded yet so it sort of has almost 0 width so you see the scrollbar appear in the middle by applying max width to infinity you’re basically telling the VStack inside the ScrollView you have the freedom to expand in the horizontal direction as much as you want. so now the Scrollbar is on the right because the ScrollView expanded regardless the content it has.

I think most things in SwiftUI that don't seem to make sense are a result of it trying to be interoperable with Obj C and UIKit, it doesn't have the freedom some other languages do because it's being held down by older generations, like a grumpy grandparent

Marko, you make me you... I use One Menu on my personal macOS, and after more than 1 year, now I have to use Linux in my work time, and until now I have not found a good window manager ;( haha, jokes apart, One Menu is great and would be awesome if I was able to use in Ubuntu too

Though I agree the infinity thing is dumb, I am going to try for a moment to justify it. If you think about it in the context of mathematics (specifically topology), you can make sense of it by saying that infinity is actually just the bound of the subspace you're operating within. So in that sense, "infinity" and 100% are in some sense the same thing.
