Having been friends with Delta for almost three decades, the two have a rich conversation about their love for Christmas, customer service, and coming up in drag together. Shannel also drops an exclusive story about RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars that she’s never told anyone! Plus, Delta puts her love of Diet Coke to the test as she takes the “Diet Coke Challenge” where she attempts to identify where five different Diet Cokes came from.

There kind of is honestly. The bottle and the can are mixed together at the coke factory, whereas the rest are syrups that get blended and carbonated with soda on the spot at the fast food outlet. The bottle would have tasted familiar to her but the residue of the drink previously in that McDonald's cup was messing with her

My 80yo aunt has a magic pancreas (insulin)...the bitch can eat an entire bucket of ice cream at once, and her glucose will return to normal levels within an hour - which, as a nurse, should be metabolically impossible. 25:06 My god, hearing Shannel sharing her struggle with anxiety never made me feel more seen. I got anxiety disorder too and I got the same symptoms (hand and feet tingling, numbness, feeling faint and at worst spasm) and they are extremely dishabilitating. For her to overcome that and in fact she showed almost no signs of illness during the first few episode is unreal. This is really inspiring and I only hope to be as 1/10 as accomplished as her. ❤

Around 29:00 Shannel’s point on her natural progression from being the baseline, the blueprint to displaying authenticity is such a rare thing.
