This is why Erik is the highest paid libero internationally. He loves the sport knowing two most important parts are libero and setter. When they work together it brings the team together stronger. David Smith is a great setter as well.

My old team used to be toxic for this reason. Anytime someone would make a mistake after someone made a save the person who made the save would make them feel awful and like a total disappointment. Win as a team and lose as a team, but pointing fingers never leads to a positive mindset.
