Very fast stick by André Budesheim. Will it kill?

These stick must be very light like a rattan to hit the dummy this fast at the very beginning of the video. Problem is whether there has any stopping power? I used to practice one hand with a rattan cane until I saw a video of Arnis competition where both men smacking each other from start to finish. Granted they wear protective gears, but at the end, they both still standing. I since change to a 22oz cane, swing with both hands to get the stopping power. I am not an expert, but I am not weak, I bench 185lbs and do 40lbs bicep dumbbell curls, I am not even close to hitting this fast of the heavy bag with my 22oz cane. My conclusion is this stick is very light.
