Here in America those welds are considered trash
@migueldenovi58736 ай бұрын
That solder works perfectly. I don't understand "america" is demanding with this kind of weld, then everyone lives in houses made of paper mache, blown away by a wind or eaten by termints and no one is horrified.

@@migueldenovi5873 that’s why other countries have to constantly repair shit , because they weld like this 😂 that weld has no penetration and it could easy have slag intrusion , Also you have zero evidence to prove that American homes are weak and having termites is a rare thing

@@FlexoBeatz What penetration are you talking about? That profile is no more than 3.2mm thick! It is a construction profile, for things that do not support workloads. This welding is more than enough for 99% of the applications of this type of profiles. That weld does not have carbon inside, and if it did it does not change anything. How tragic everyone is on KZbin The USA must be one of the only countries in the world that has wooden houses and, at most, plasterboard walls. Even in the Gaza strip you can see how they have reinforced concrete construction with masonry, totally superior to the typical American house. You are the ones who have to fix things, every time there is a hurricane, the only thing that remains is the drawing of the house on the floor, which is the concrete slab.

Aren’t you getting slag inclusions every time you stop and restart on top of slag ?
