And this is the very reason NR need to follow due process, there are H&S concerns and more over Wildlife Law concerns which proper lawful process needs to address. Nesting season cannot lawfully be disturbed within/next to the quarry area.

Unfortunately, a lot of birds were purposely poisoned here. The birds of prey are down 90% from when we first moved in 2021. There were 3 pairs of Sea-Eagles which are now all gone. I think it was the Sea-Eagles that provoked the poisoning as they are Class 1 protected, and the Scottish Heritage stopped all timber harvesting because of them, then they and all the other carnivorous birds started dropping out of the trees. Me and Liz seen a whole family of Ravens and their chicks dead on the spot, dropped from nest. A bird specialist of 30+ years seen them and said that his professional opinion was that they had been poisoned. Me and Liz hope to cover this soon in a video. We believe the poison was in tainted Venison.

Do you know what it is? Eagle or ospreys, saw on beeb natures show about them returning to the highlands. That would be very cool. ❤

Think this one is a very large Buzzard. We do have Ospreys here, Sea-Eagles which are massive and Honey-Buzzards etc. It's one of the last untouched places in Scotland. I don't understand why non of the local people objected to the illegal scrapyard and landfill that was operating here for years. Have a good day

Do you know who poisoned them and why?

The wood harvesting got stopped by Scottish Heritage, because they were cutting down trees where class 1 protected Sea-Eagles were nesting. Not long after we noticed all the carnivorous birds started dropping from the trees, we seen a whole family of Ravens with chicks all fell dead from nest, we used to feed these particular Ravens. We had our suspicions that it was poison, but a few months later a bird professional of 30+ years gave his verdict and said no doubt they were poisoned. Yes we think we know who is responsible.
