At first it looks like the hair Stylist had no clue. HOWEVER In mid cut it started taking shape and I noticed that she asked her client if the length was OK. It is gorgeous and she is probably loves it.

Yes I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I have no idea why she didn’t cut with her scissor hand in neutral position, plus all the other videos including this one looks like she’s cutting as if she has paper scissors. The only thing on her hand that should be moving when cutting hair is her thumb. But true I’ve never seen a bob done this way 🤦🏼‍♀️
