My preference is hot water extraction for residual and vlm for commercial. That being said vlm for residual is still a great method

Can someone start out in the business solely doing VLM? From my research it seems like most inexpensive way to start out. What you think, Tommie?

Another question. What are thoughts on using a second vacuum after cleaning up the soil with the bonnet pads? You know to get additional soil up. I didn't know if that was doing too much.

I started out with VLM and then expanded. Most of my residential and commercial customers still prefer VLM over HWE.

Vlm is great on commercial carpet but HWE would work also. I prefer vlm for commercial unless HWE is necessary.
