Ditto spaghetti sauce tastes even better after it freezes. I do it all the time I learned it from my mom. Just take it out the morning of so it can defrost a little or if you forget you can still take it out and throw it in the pot and make ya pasta and your good.

Some things I do for my picky eater is make a calendar for meals, or some sort of meal plan. I also make smoothies, pancakes and pastas with added items that they don’t like for example banana pancakes, add chopped spinach in pasta, or smoothies. The pancakes You can freeze! And daily kiddie vitamins will help with picky eaters.

My mom always uses this method with cleaning aka tricking me when I was young : just play princess or role play something and trick her into cleaning ( she will think Oo I’m playing this is fun ) just like telling we will play clean up and in the end just reward her.. hope you found this helpful 👍🏻
