Question Ali, is the drawdown in equity or balance when positions are closed?

Equity line is the account balance over time. Drawdown shows when position is closed in both account balance and equity line. There is an open drawdown which shows in DD graph in the equity line when the position is open

[Jabezz] When building in this mode do you bother using the robustness tests in SQX or do you just accept the fact that its working on additional markets as the sole robustness test?

there is nothing to optimize other than filter. So if filter is working on multiple markets with same value in multiple regimes, then it achieved robustness, but you have to trade it in a portfolio. I will do a video about combining them in a portfolio.
