'Very unlikely' Hunter Biden will receive jail sentence following guilty verdict

Former US Federal Prosecutor Scott Tenley says it’s “very unlikely” Hunter Biden will receive a jail sentence.
The US President's son Hunter Biden has been found guilty of all three counts of illegally possessing a gun whilst under the influence of drugs.
“A charge of this nature is incredibly rare,” Mr Tenley told Sky News Australia.
“You rarely see an addict possessing a firearm as a charge.
“When you do, it’s even more rare that you’re going to see jail time.
“The sentencing guidelines would call for somewhere between one to two years in jail … but under these circumstances … I think it's very unlikely he’ll be sentenced to prison.”

So the presidents son is Nowa felon. There is no excuses for his behaviour and just because he is in recovery he should take responsibility for his own actions. No one forces him To use crack and therefore he should should do time for his actions and making excuses for his addiction is no excuse to be a citizen of his nation.

What evidence is there that Hunter is in recovery? The trial presented evidence that he was NOT cooperating in recovery around his gun violations. What is different this time?

Scott said normal is 1-2 years on charge number 3 alone, still two more charges; but he say's because he's the president's son jail time is very unlikely. Like dude we know, it's a banana republic, we get it; like Hudday and Cussay, Sadam's sons, they don't serve time.
