My mom used to tuck my ponytail into my jersey when I was 9. The parents on the team used to get a kick out of the reactions from the opposing team when I took my helmet off. I only lasted a year because my mom either forgot or didn't want to sign me up for the next season. I wanted to play a sport so my mom had me join hockey and the rest is history!

well me to i play tackle football to and its just so amazing being part of a sport that always wanted to do in my life. Im the only girl in my team , and its just all the boys suport me and i fell her. making a touchdown is AMAZING all the crouch chearing and the other team is mad ( its pretty cool) and ALLLL of you girls if you say that its impossible to play football with boys well .. umm its not . IF I CAN DO IT , IF OTHER THOUSAND OF GIRLS CAN DO IT WELL YOU CAN DO IT !!!!

well first you can go look at a football practice with your parents meet the coach let hem explain to you stuff and some times it hurts but the boys well take care of you trust me . its fun try to go into one pratice and check if you will be fine ..

@@citrine4267 You don't understand the comments. We aren't pissed. Rather, we're trying to point out that we know something that you apparently don't: boys and girls bodies are different. Let me teach you: when they go through puberty, boys will develop muscle mass at over THREE times the rate of girls. Boys will grow taller, stronger, heavier, bigger, and faster. Boys will be able to jump much higher than women, and throw balls further. And in tackle, a boy tackling a girl is over 10x more likely to hurt the girl, than vice versa. Nobody is pissed. We're just blown away that you don't understand the way biology works.

By then she will move to a girls team where there will be competition due to more gymnasts and light footed sprinters and more I play football (English) and I’m on an all girls team do you think we go off crying ? No sure you have the weaklings every now and then but you battle through the games are rough af . I am a small blonde girl do you think I make people tremble HA no but I play all the same and I love it I’m a defender and despite being small I have perks over the tall and chunky girls because I can move the ball around there feet easily and I’m fast what I’m trying to say Is her career is far from over

I’ve played football for half my life and I am also older then her, I am so happy to see more girls doing something that is male dominated, I am so happy at this because when I was little I had no representation of girls doing what I loved to do so much (football) and that made me feel like I was weird for liking it, so I hope that this helps younger women get inspired to do sports that are not seen as the norm for women.
