⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 醬爆魚鍋🔥🐟 材料: 老虎斑1條 紫洋蔥2個 洋蔥2個 青色燈籠椒1個 黃色燈籠椒1個 處理: 1. 老虎斑,切出頭部,打直魚身,切開一邊,除去魚骨,清除內臟,清水沖洗乾淨。 2. 紫洋蔥,去皮,1開8。 洋蔥,去皮,1開8。 3. 在魚身上,加入: a. 鹽少許 b 生粉1湯匙 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油4湯匙。 2. 放魚頭、魚尾及魚鰭落鑊炸。 3. 魚的一面已煎至金黃色,反轉繼續炸。 4. 魚已炸好,放上碟。 5. 放魚肉落鑊炸。 6. 魚肉的一面已煎至金黃色,反轉繼續炸。 7. 魚肉已炸好,放上碟。 8. 倒起油,只剩下油1湯匙在鑊內。 9. 爆香洋蔥。 10. 加入調味料: a. 花椒1湯匙 b. 豆瓣醬1湯匙 c. 黃豆醬1湯匙 d. 蠔油1湯匙 炒勻。 11. 加入大滾水,蓋過洋蔥,加入大冰糖1粒。 12. 加入青椒及黃椒。 13. 魚放上面。 14. 冚蓋,大火滾起。 15. 完成,可享用。 Claypot grouper in bean sauce Ingredients: Brown marbled grouper 1 No. Purple onion 2 Nos. Add in boiled~up water just covering up the onion. Add in a big cube of rock sugar. 12. Add in the bell peppers. 13. Put fish on top. 14. Cover up the wok. Heat up at high flame. 15. Complete.
