蕃薯湯丸糖水
材料：
雞蛋黃蕃薯（大）2個
湯丸16粒
片糖2塊
薑1舊
處理：
1. 蕃薯，去皮，清水洗乾淨。
2. 薑，清水洗擦乾淨。
3. 洗乾淨煲。
4. 蕃薯，用廚紙包住，用菜刀拍散，放煲內。
5. 薑，用菜刀拍鬆，放煲內。
6. 在煲內加入清水2升。
烹調：
1. 大火煲滾。
2. 滾起後，轉中慢火煲20分鐘，試一試蕃薯是否已煲至腍身。
3. 加入已洗乾淨的片糖，冚蓋繼續煲。
4. 另一邊，大火在煲內煲滾清水1升。
5. 加入湯丸。
6. 蕃薯糖水已煲好，倒入大碗內。
7. 湯丸已煮滾，放入糖水內。
8. 完成，可享用。
Sweet potato sweet soup with glutinous rice balls
Ingredients:
Sweet potato (yellow, large) 2 Nos.
Glutinous rice balls 16 Nos.
Slab sugar 2 pcs
Ginger 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Sweet potatoes, get them peeled. Rinse with tap water.
2. Ginger, rinse thoroughly.
3. Rinse a pot.
4. Sweet potatoes, are to be wrapped with kitchen towels. Beat well with chopper. Put into the pot.
5. The ginger, beat well with chopper. Put into the pot.
6. Add in 2L of water into the pot.
Steps:
1. Heat up at high flame.
2. Turn to medium-low flame, boil for 20 minutes after boils up. Check if the sweet potatoes have been turned soft.
3. Add in rinsed slab sugar, cover up the pot and continue boiling.
4. On the other side, Heat up 1L of water at high flame in pot.
5. Add in glutinous rice balls.
6. Potato sweet soup has been boiled well, pour into a big bowl.
7. Glutinous rice balls have been boiled well, put into the sweet soup.
8. Complete. Serve.
