Good on ya, Tommy! She sounded good...seemed to get up and go! Now, I'll go back and watch the whole engine rebuild. Thanks!

8:32 “seal of approval” hahahahha. So glad it’s working. I also what happened to the neutral switch.

The mechanism is broken in the selector box. It needs to be replaced if I want it to work. It's not a big deal though. Scooter runs perfectly fine without it.

Great job you always do a good job of explaining your work just one thing I'm new to the vespa scene it seems to me everyone leaves out one thing nobody ever shows how to fill the oil tank you talk about priming the tube but how do you fill the tank does the fuel tank have to be removed to fill the oil tank?
@smallborecorps9 ай бұрын
Thank you for the support. The oil tank is separate from the gas tank. The fill holes are next to each other when you lift the seat. If you watch closely when I'm filling the tank with gas, there is a grey cap there. You remove it to fill the oil. In the video before this one, I show how to fill both the gas and the oil tanks.

Nice color and nice seat. I have one from 1983. Top speed? I ask because in the 200 engine the performance can vary a lot from one model to another. I mount an old style Malossi 210 cylinder and get to about 80 miles per hour. 👍🏻
@smallborecorps2 ай бұрын
I was only able to get about 60mph on this one.
@CiociariaStorica2 ай бұрын
@@smallborecorps For an original engine ok; the best ones get to 68 mph. Mine had a great engine but a friend's identical one did 5 miles less. The difference is mostly due to the height of the crankcase which varies timing and compression.

Nice Smallframe Seat Conversion. Do you check the Idle Screw? seems little bit on the rich side. Greetings from Germany

Around 30 psi front and rear...

@@smallborecorps thanks bra

30 psi is way too much. 18 or 20 in the front gives way more feel to the front end. Rear should be mid twenties at most.
