I've just installed this exhaust on my 2021 Racing Sixties Sprint. This video helped immensely. The hardest part of the entire install is getting the two 10mm copper nuts started on the head studs. If I had Robot's dainty booger hooks instead of these these giant sausage fingers, I would have had a much easier time. BTW! I don't know what the power output is after the pipe install, but I can now easily cruise at 65 indicated. It's about 5mph better than it was prior to the pipe install. WORTH IT!

Handy tip to get the sound u want is to drill small holes in the baffle to increase volume little by little. It is a slight mutilation to the baffle but only noticeable if you go in close. On my gilera runner st 200 it was too quiet, baffle out waaaay too loud so I drilled 3 1/2 cm diameter holes and it was perfect. Just upped the volume to my a level I was happy with. To repair if it is too loud is patch on the inside with a little sheet metal.

Do NOT lose the baffle! The screw vibrated out & I lost mine, had to do a sketchy order from Greece; luckily it worked out. Used high-temp red thread lock on new one 2 b permanent. The original screw has a tack weld; once you remove it, the tack breaks and that safeguard is gone.

Awesome video! Trying to drop the exhaust down pipe from a Piaggio MP3 500 Sport but cannot access the two nuts in the same way as this video, even trying to wiggle in from the side. It just doesn’t allow access like shown here. Does anyone have any experience of this and can tell me if I need to remove something to access these two nuts? Pleeeeeease!

My pipe didn't include the anti-seize but it is indicated in the instructions, two actually; one white tube, one black plus a thread sealer. I kind of feel like Charlie Brown on Halloween (rocks in the candy bag), my new 2023 Vespa Sprint 150S that I took delivery of last week had loose mirrors, bubbled floor-rubber strips (not aligned properly, sticking up in places), and the battery tender cable hanging down by more than 4". That was just day one of riding. I'm almost afraid to give it back to my dealer at the 620 mile service now if it'll be the same inept team that assembled my bike. Honolulu, HI.

in my country, 700 dollars isn't anything when it comes to vespas. Mostly, they modified it fully from top to bottom and the total price is mostly 1000-3000 dollars and some even reach 15000 dollars. its crazy how much they've spent their money to modified vespas

Yes, this is a bolt on pipe. The scooter will automatically adapt to the new exhaust when you start it up. Of course there are aftermarket tuning options you can do to get more out of the pipe.
