Witherhoard is only being used for ticks for more super and prismatic energy, not dps, allowing for two supers/transcends per dps phase. And bns on the heavy gl

I put on Kinetic surge mainly to keep devour up against the clones, and the usual super and prismatic energy gains, you pretty much nailed it @myphi7985 I never looked up how other Warlocks did it and this is basically a nod to my Kell Echo from Prophecy damage, just with the new gls, was so worth trying to make it a routine and it paid off imo
