I applied Skill Assessment as a Customer Service Manager then I give interview to VETASSESS and after 1 week, I got Negative Outcome which is they questioned on my job duties and My education (Bachelor of Arts) is not relevant to my occupation. Would it be right to apply reassessment for a positive outcome? What types of changes should be in my employment docs material? What kind of Documents will upload at the time of reassessment? How to Explain and Clarify all that?
