Merry Christmas to you guys and to all who sees this comment❤🎉 i am 35+ y old, I have been watching ghost hunting series for atleast 20 years, my father was a Chrystal healer, and after his death I was "guided" to his mentor who teached me as well, after my practice, I am quite sensitive and can feel from every episode on every show where there are spirits connected to, and with all the full fake and half fake hunters out there, ruining for the real deal. Your show is the most genuine show in par with the paranormal quest and paranormal nightmares. Some spooky things that occur are just the wood or other stuff in the home, and 80% of the time people freak out of obvious natural stuff. But finally one more team with brains who does this for the genuine purpose and not for the viewers/money! But if you guys one day goes to the dark side and only in for the money, I will call you out 😝 happy holidays and keep up the good work. Love what you do!

I sensed a spirit was needing help to move on because they were lost, rather than looking for coins. As far as the shed door opening, that whole shed/balcony is made of wood that swells and contracts so the shed door opening I wouldn't put any weight on. I think you might get clearer answers if you keep your questions simple, rather than giving so many options for answers. Give them more time to answer. Happy Holidays! ❤

When you officially started your investigation at night and you were outside near the shed you kept asking about the coins... at one point a spirit came over the "spirit talker" and said "BACK LEFT". At the time that they said that you were all standing in front of the shed and talking about the backyard... it also said look below it's possible that it's in the back left corner of the slab, back left corner of the shed but underneath it, or it could be around the bookcase and the wall to the left of it… tell the new owner Jim to look behind the bookcase or see if there is something at the base the bookcase underneath the floor. There's been activity around there as well. But this is an example of when you're all so busy talking back-and-forth to one another and not really taking time between questions to pay attention to answers you miss things. The son of Russel wanted to come through and look around hoping to see some kind of a hint as to where the coins might be and they would be his rightfully. Guys it's really important not to be in constant conversation with one another when you're doing an investigation… Especially when you're trying to get EVP's and make sense of what's coming through the spirit box. When you ask a question you have to pause and give the spirit time to muster the energy to come through with the answer. And sometimes if you do a list of questions you'll get a list of answers but the answers will appear to be off by one when they answer you they're answering the question you previously asked. I did investigations for two years and learned a lot from my mistakes and from watching Pros like the original team that first started doing paranormal investigations on television... TAPS. They were very careful and methodical about everything they did and when you have someone blindfolded with the headphones listening and speaking what they're hearing the spirit say you need to just ask one question at a time and not just keep chattering… I love your show but, Josh, you talk too much! 🤪

May I give a small criticism? There is no such word as “you guy’es.” When you asked them what they wanted. It would have been fine to say ( 2:25 ish you actually said it right the first time.) “ What’s your goal for us” but then things crashed when you said ( what’s your guy’ez goal for us?). I just think people will take you more seriously if you slow down and think through how you would like to say it. I’m used to men calling women “Guys” but you could also just have said.” What’s your goal for this investigation. I love your investigations. I apologize I'm always asking questions, just curious about what I think I hear. 16:30 as you're asking about multiple spirits, just before you get to finish asking, could it be saying "there's 7" just before you finished asking? 19:12 does the ghost tube say collection as you were still trying to ask about it? 28:45 was that something tapping while waiting for an answer during Estes session? 57:27 sounded like a thud maybe above you or in another room, then a little louder at 57:56? I would normally just ask a few questions having many years of either direct or indirect involvement however have to suggest or comment a few things. One thing would be too many assumptions for an investigation, it make you think a certain way and lead with questions geared towards that. Questions are way too compound and majority should be asking for simple and short answers until the ability and intelligence of the spirit is figured out, it's not always easy for spirits to communicate. Even after that questions should still be asked with simple answers in mind, if you'd like them answered at all. That brings me to a strong one, as I've been watching your video's in reverse order, I'm hoping there's learning through experience, I hope. Nicole was extremely arrogant and pushy, almost condescending for no reason other than the spirit could not or would not respond the way she desired. I don't think they were playing games or mocking in any way. I actually feel they were telling you that's the way you made them feel. The you're dead after asking about other people being in the house was over the top. There's different ways and this one is a good way to shut any paranormal activity down from a spirit without bad intentions. Get aggressive with a negative or dangerous spirit or demonic entity. I'm going to watch a couple more video's but if I see that again, I won't be watching any more and I'm sure others will feel the same. Just being constructive here and am aware everyone investigates with different techniques, however this wasn't a lack of technique, this was a lack of understanding (multiple meanings there). After mocking a spirit that you shut down, you got upset when "William" wouldn't activate the REM pod again if he was in fact done. I was floored after watching the way the spirits were being treated. Lastly, if residential investigations are going to be done for the purposes that this on was, then some things should be remembered. Focus on what the homeowner wanted most, in this case it was to find out what the spirits wanted. Most of the time here I felt the concern was to be "heroic" by finding some coins and being recognized for having the ability to do that. Again, constructive criticism here and I'm going to watch a couple more and hope I don't see this again. The potential is here for you guys to do well, keeping a lot in mind and remembering why paranormal investigations are really done, if the video's go back to the first few I've watched. Best of luck

Dirt Sleep= Dirt Nap? Sleep in the Dirt? Time visit His Dad= Time to visit his Dad. Maybe the current owners need to visit their parents. Mocking, games, dodging answers, sarcasm... that is common with dark entities. You NEVER got a straight or direct answer to any question. All the random words and phrases: there are more than one entity speaking, and that is common with a strong dark entity holding others in this place. You got the word Escape multiple times. You got the words Help or Help me multiple times. You got the words Lost mulitple times. All of that fits of trapped spirits being held against their will from a dark entity... but not necessarily a D3mon. As soon as she asked about William interacting with Jim, William pulled back, and dodged the question. Did William with draw, or was he pulled back to prevent him saying No, I'm not interacting with Jim. William volunteered the name, not an answer to a query. None of the pleas for a name were answered, until the very end with Mick. Outside, you said, Russel at one point, and you were immediately corrected: Mick. Your team asked many times for a name and no name was volunteered. Just because the client has suspiscions, you really shouldn't play into that. The client is trying to make sense of this and it's comforting to believe they know who this is... but without verification, that isn't the best practice. One night does not prove this case conclusively, but NO ONE answering a question directly is a cause to be concerned. NO ONE answered a direct question that pertained to the current owners. Why is that? Honestly, I would recommend they cleanse the house with sage [every day for a week, and then weekly for several months]. Plus, prayers for positive white light to surround the house and only the light can stay; no dark energies can remain. That could help the trapped spirits to leave, and give the current owners some peace.

Oof the typewriter would definitely have a lot tied to it even if the original owner didn't use it often. I feel like typewriters are like sponges for energy. Being made of the metal, and with them being used for emotional or important purposes. I can just imagine the hopes, dreams, fears, news, plans, and everything that person could have felt while using it.
