Sherman S has the best suspension, hands down. Those rollers you are referring to are brittle and constantly need to be changed. Leapkim was smart about how they released their first suspension wheel and the rest of the companies should take notes.

Good diagnosis and remedial work Kevin, the mudguard support was the main issue here, great and simple fix with the cable ties! It seems that the battery pack cover had just been slightly misaligned by the excess application of silicone sealant when the wheel was originally assembled. Leaperkim assembly line will hopefully take note! Thanks so much for your very prompt assistance. 👍🏻

i noted the zip tie to secure the mud guard. How is that holding up? my problem i believe the mud guard is slightly off causing rubbing. im wondering if that will solve my problem.

maybe it is an incredible wheel to ride, but its quality (other side of the moon) suck so much. Plastic battery covers needs to upgraded to something of fiberglass board

When i opened my Sherman S, the axle/shell connecting part was unevenly tightened, which seem to lead to uneven wear of paint. I dont know how long this bare metal to metal suspension wear will last. I'm told that it probably polish over time since both metal hardness is supposed to the same.

It’s awesome, rode it in a downpour this morning. Just like my Sherman Max no problem with water.

It's got great waterproofing. My friend rode his Sherman S into a river. The wheel was completely submerged for a few minutes. When he pulled it out it was still twitching as a little water had got on the motherboard. He replaced the motherboard and the wheel is good as new. No water got in the batteries at all.
