Can we apply some form of fixation after extraction of the cyst of the 1st case (1st radiograph)? Just for peace of mind. For example: ESF, intraoral splint, transverse pinning ext.

There is no reason to add any stabilization. The cyst has compromised the bone for years to get to that point so removing the cyst doesn't increase instability. There is still plenty of bone there. Keep in mind the mandible is not weight bearing.
