Hey Makers! I was impressed with this machine, even though there were a few shortcomings. *Discount codes:* Code: VVMH5%OFF (5% off on all products) Without Stand: s.vevor.com/bfQ3VK With Stand: s.vevor.com/bfQ5WR

$300 for a table saw with a stand is most certainly a workable price for a beginner woodworker. Nice review Rob.

I am happy with my big old stationary table saw, but I think this would be a good option for someone needing portability. Good review Rob.

Nice review. I’m thankful to have my Dad’s big Craftsman 10” table saw that he bought in the early 1970’s. It’s old enough to be built like a brick house, including cast iron wings and table … but “new” enough to have a riving knife and blade guard. The only thing I don’t like about it is the motor hangs off the back of the saw and takes up even more space in my little shop, but I’ll suffer with that inconvenience!

Thanks for the review! Vevor has been hit or miss for me but this saw looks good for light home repair or jobsite use

How hard would it be to make a zero clearance insert for it? I have an old Delta contractor saw and I cannot figure out a way to make one for it.

Great question! Uhm I think it’s possible but you won’t be able to use the locking feature of the original plate. I think it’s possible otherwise.

@@MakeThings thanks for the reply. My Delta has a stamped metal throat plate that only screws down on one side of the blade and there isn’t a ledge on the other side for anything I make to rest on. Plus it is so thin that making one out of wood is impossible as far as I can tell. I might have to put this on my wishlist of tools to buy.

How does it compare to a skilsaw 10" saw with collapsible legs 😅

I was impressed too... but not in a good way. It looks like a flimsy piece of junk to me. JMO
