You're welcome! D gets you closer to 10ft. A is 6ft & B is 8ft. They are super cool

Hi. Thank you and you're welcome. So far most people are going for affordability. Some brands are better but more expensive. shehds appears to be a popular and favorite brand compared to others.

@@djab203 thanks for your respond again. Because in some videos I've seen, the sparks that appears is not of such good quality. Does the powder used matter? I found a brand called MOKA (double price from vevor ) on the internet and the quality of the result I see in the video is chaotic.

When comparing a MOKA to a Vevor, MOKA offers higher quality and more advanced features, with better spark effects and more precise control options compared to Vevor, which typically provides a more budget-friendly option with potentially less refined capabilities. The power I've seen only have two difference between indoor and outdoor.

We are getting terrible “grinding” noises. We contacted the company and they said these are “gear noise” and they all have that noise. But now it’s getting worse. So ordered a second pair just to see and they also have the terrible “gear noise” right out the box. Have you encountered this?

I can hear gear noises but it's not that loud. You can try adding some lube to the gear just by opening the side panel. Let me know how that goes.

No, but if you are having heating problems It might be due to a poorly functioning heat sensor, problems with the relay switch, weak platen connections, or insufficient power.
