I could see this cutter being very useful however most craft snobs will not like how it looks. This also seems hard to use if you have dexterity issues. I'm grateful for your honest feedback and review. I will consider this because I notice how expensive journals and planners are especially at the beginning of the year. RISKY PURCHASE!!! First, I LOVE you and your content! Your videos have really helped me with my shop. This is no reflection on you or your channel. I had been looking at this paper cutter for MONTHS! When I saw this video, it sealed the deal. I used your link (so you would get the credit) and made my purchase. The package was delivered DAMAGED. It looked like it dropped from a decent distance. When I opened the box, the wood crate was smashed and the metal on the cutter was bent in several places. I messaged customer service for an exchange or a refund and they asked me to test it and they would give me a $66 credit. We tested it and the cuts are almost .25" off! When I told customer service about the testing they said "we are sorry that this happened to you". They told me shipping it back would be too expensive for them and to try and take it somewhere locally and get it fixed and offered me a $198 refund. Their return policy states you can only return the item if they think it qualifies for a return. They said because the item was damaged during shipping, it wasn't their fault will not approve my return. So now I have a $700 paperweight. I just wanted everyone to know.

This is very good info, Sherry. I have dreamed for a long time for a machine like this because each time I make a custom notepad, I often ruin the edges of my paper stack by shredding them and creating uneven ends with my exacto knife. It is so very frustrating that I have avoided making them altogether. It seems that no matter how careful I am, I manage to angle the edges or make them jagged. Hi Alicia, my hubby custom built the table for me because I didn’t have any extra table/desk space) and I didn’t want to buy one). He built it at 2 1/2 ft x 2 1/2 ft. It’s about 30 inches high with a shelf on the bottom. Hope this helps😀
