It’s soda, ppl who drink zero calories ain’t drinking it for health, I assume it’s for a calorie deficit. When I’m in a deficit, I’m not seeking soda for health, just cravings 😭 but the lower calories is better if I’m losing weight. It’s bad shit in both tho, as is most sugary or acidic items.
