Its relatively easy, because it is illegal but you need to have proof that isn't circumstantial. A good way to explain it is like this: If one of Keemstar's followers SWATs someone and then proceeds to claim that the information came from Keemstar, then he would be a suspect. But, if this link person followed more people, Keemstar wouldn't be liable since then it would be very easy to claim it was circumstantial. If someone did this and was ONLY influenced (in this case this could translate quite well into 'Subscribed') then that only individual if they promoted this kind of a behaviour could be considered liable to instigation. I think there's more severe cases of it as well but in this case, I think that's all you could ever do. Here's the real problem tho': Unless it is a DIRECT link as in "someone in the area reported someone who lived in the same area"; "I know this person and we both live in the same country" or; "This person has broken laws of similar magnitude for their own country that also exist in my own as I report this individual". I don't know where Keemstar is from but... between followers doing his bidding, nations not having a unified internet-law, and the anonymity that means that both the victim, the actor and Keemstar could pose as a problem. Doesn't matter if we know the idenity of the person, we need to also know their legeal identity which can cause some issues. Can there be several Keemstar for an example, much in the same way that can there be several smile4youtubegaming or Vexxed... this causes ALOT of legal issues. Because even if you have the hard evidence, undisputable evidence in other words... you might need to prove that the person you are talking about is the same person that you claim them to be. This is easier with larger personalities but also poses a problem because "for the law, there's only one size" and... that issue, is gigantic when dealing with the Internet.

I would say that is totally wrong. the Moment you do something to him he is the victim. You can get fucked by the court and he will eiter live through it and his followers will grow or you kill him and you have no future for yourself. This is not the way to go. We/Someone will have to find a legal way to fuck him over for his lifetime.
