I've seen people say that RGG studios had entirely changed after 2 leads left (the rest of the team was entirely there, the two spots were filled with veterans that had been with the studio since the beginning), claiming that the "new guys" just weren't the same.

I think, it is worth to mention again that in back early 90's, You guys (team developers behind) have made an iconic history coming out with Virtua Fighter. It has resonate whole industry which we never will forget or forgotten is. In truth, we get old or mature and our abilities and responsiveness have changed in the terms of competition but what you have sown in our hearts, it is still there, Love and Passion ! I would like to give you a proper tribute for the whole time which in I spent with your project ,which is VF. It has changed me as well. I am more than a glad seeing "coming back" with VF 5 REVO ! Considering some of the AM2 old guard are still here and took RGG as their banner, I’m glad that Sega is returning to the FGC fold. Now if only we can recapture some of the arcade racing magic as well (namely the likes of Sega Racing Classic or _rally_ or even a new home port of Sega racing TV or outrun 2)

Yes I'm also waiting to see new racing games from Sega. I think that they still have a division making Initial D arcade games releasing in Japan only. It looks like Sonic Racing crossworlds seems to be the nearest thing we'll get to a racing game for home. I hope that it's developed by Sega internally and not by Sumo Digital (their games are lacking that replayability and flair)

One thing i really like about VF is that it feels realistic as compare to other fighting games, i really used to like Tekken until its 6th installment but after tekken 7 it feels so unrealistic and i don't enjoy much as i used to, realness is essence of VF, i hope they keep it in their upcoming project

My favorite version of VF5 is Final Showdown on PS3. Its beautiful soundtrack seems to be always flowing and cascading like water in the background. Even the main menu and customization menu music is really good. I think along with gameplay and visuals, music has also been an important part of the series, all the way from VF1.

VF1 had a great physics engine to it, the combat was based more upon maths than relying purely upon fixed animations. Bodies moved, and engaged, more naturally. The original PC port needed a special graphics card (I recall?) to handle the graphic computation. It is a shame that the combat engine did not continue down this path, but fingers crossed for the future.

For VF 6, please keep combos short and the combat as clean as possible. Spacing, mind games and set ups are much more fun to watch than the same long combo that eats half energy.

@ I'm not a fan of too much guessing but a bit of guessing is unavoidable and luck is part of everything in life so I think it should be there. But good spacing and good defensive mechanics should help mitigating the guessing and make the game more interesting.

Here are some things I like too see in sonic 4 1. Amy is Sonic's long lost sister 2. When Shadow and sonic meet to fight Shadow looks at Amy then sonic and says "who's her" and sonic says "it a long story" 3. Bring Gerald and eggman back 4. Get back longclaw but injured 5. Do a vote for who the mystery character is and top 5 you pick 6. Maddie's sister says "wait you got a another one too" sonic says well 2 more than what you seen last time" 7. if you are going for the multiverse vibe add silver and blaze next and with the hyper emerald 8. Team sonic (plus Tom and Maddie ) goes with G.U.N and a a guard says do not worry this is super safe 5 min later 5 metal Sonics surround them 9.Have a medal sonic titan with the Master emerald powering it 10. They find five of the seven emeralds in earth and have to go to Saturn rings and the astroid belt 😊😊😊😊😊 Please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 make sonic exe cannon in the movies sonic started when I was 6 so idc if I have to wait until I am 26

Hi Sega, I just wanted to say that I really like your game Virtua Fighter. I used to play it a lot when I was a kid, along with other 3D fighting games. The only thing that made me stop playing these games is how the hits feel. Specifically, in games like Virtua Fighter and Dead or Alive, I don’t feel the impact of the punches. When you get hit or land a punch, it feels very light and lacks the physicality you would expect. I don’t feel the sound, the vibration, or any real sense of impact. I understand that you aim for a more realistic martial arts experience, but if you watch movies like The Witch (a Korean film) or play games like Tekken, you can really feel the weight of the hits. In those games and films, when characters block or land a punch, the impact feels heavy. The animations, sound effects, and overall force of the hits really convey the intensity of the strikes. Even when a block happens, if the attack is strong enough, you can see the character stagger, and you still sense the force behind the blow. I think adding more of this feeling of impact would make the game even more immersive.

Simply put no flashy stuf on VF. Tekken also has this issue back then that's why now we have devil jin which no longer secret boss, yoshi that turn even weirder, and finally character like viktor then clive. Back then accurate-like martial art seem boring, now we just came back full circle with VF6.

Well for one, support. Tekken has had consistent support throughout its existence. There will be 20 years between VF5 and VF6. It is difficult to bring in new players that way. Big problem too is that online in Virtua Fighter has been consistently terrible. Japan has a thriving arcade scene and is densely populated so it is easy to get matches despite that. Not so much in the west.
