Sören Schulz that grid line that you have on certain parts is that cinema 4d?? and bro seriously nice work im actually starting to get into those details and i wish you could show how to even start that?

Windows Media Hey I'm the guy who did the VFX. I believe you mean the grids showing the geometry? This is basically just a rendered out view from inside of Cinema 4D.

Windows Media we have some information how to make these effects on Sörens website that is linked in the description. It explains what techniques are used. A basic understanding of C4D is necessary, though.

How do you camera track shots with no ground plane and high depth of field?

Hi, I made the VFX. For most shots, I used the C4D Camera Tracker. It took me a lot of trial and error to solve most shots. I placed many manual points on the bark of the tree. In combination with some manual tracks of out of focus lights (or light spots), I was able to get a good camera solve. Often you have to follow a certain spot (more or less) frame by frame to get a clean track for those lights spots in the background. Simply put, a lot of manual work had to be done. I hope this answered your question :)

how do u got the tracks on the shoulders so stable ? cool work.

Hi, I am the one who made the VFX. The object tracker in C4D is quite capable if you provide a proper shot. We added enough and very clear markers to the shoulder. The initial camera track and object track was quite good already and then I ironed out any jiggles with a couple of keyframes. So the best advice for a good track is to create a good plate in the first place.
