No glitch, item-check has priority. Opp calyrex goes down to woodhammer, so unnerve from opp is no longer on the field. Game checks if sitrus is acitivated. After that there is the k.o. - its programmed like that. No glitch.

It wasn’t a game winning play, and heat wave has a 10% chance of missing plus if you use chi-yu you should be expecting it to miss its moves regularly , that’s part of the risk you take by choosing it.

Chi Yu got him to finals using 90% accurate moves, he can’t be mad when they miss

Heat Wave is a 95 bp with 90% acc AoE move, while Astral Barrage is a 130 bp with 100% acc AoE move, given to a pokémon with a crazy special attack and speed. Like, imagine if Primal Groudon and Kyogre were given 100% accuracy Origin Pulse and Precipice Blades, how broken those would be. Calyrex-Shadow (and special attackers in general) needs a nerf.
