Everything he said in this interview was bullshit and meant to piss off anyone who takes him seriously, but he delivered it in such a dead pan manner that if you are not aware of his personality, it could come off as being a douche bag. But in reality, he's just trolling, and you can hear Scar and Toph feeding into it for the fun of it.

This is because cerebral people assume that others are also thoughtful, and that stating one's opinion does not require giving the context and a segway since the context is obvious. At 2:47 Crush is explaining that his opponent lacks game sense and has a fundamentally flawed understanding of neutral and covering recoveries, whereas Crush is implying that he understands bubble theory and maintains the presence of mind to execute his neutral game, yet does not understand why he whiffs the execution. In my opinion, Crush "happens to play bad" because he does not get good practice. I presume he is the kind of person to go for the optimal punish even if it is riskier to execute. It must be humiliating to be laughed at after performing well without sleep. I think that if Crush trained with Westballz as a coach then he would get to practice his reactions and be punished for whiffed execution. When a player is in peak form it is disadvantageous to take bad players seriously because they will condition you to overextend, and when you play safe they get 4stocked therefore you can't practice neutral. A bad player will force you to play their game and then throw it. Just as you struggle to distinguish between logic and trolling, it is hard for cerebral players to distinguish between throwing and stupidity. I think they don't understand why an opponent would bait, and project their confusion onto their opponent. It sounds like Crush does not understand why he is dropping combos. The only joke I noticed him make was that sponsors understand dashback. The responsible thing for me to do would be to check why he is whiffing his punishes. It's very irresponsible of Crush not to watch his 'bad' sets. Did his dashbacks whiff because of hit lag on shield? Was his heartbeat too slow? Clearly he is disappointed that he couldn't react the way he wanted. Good spacing isn't trolling.
