I truly believe in the right hands villager will always have relevant a place in the metagame, but the truth is unlike alot of the rooster all of all villagers tools have been discovered. Prestine edgeguarding, and consistent reads are the two elements that will carry villager, and has always carried villager, but as the meta progresses villagers lack of speed is starting to catch up to him.

villager is all about using the edge to your advantage and ranai does a really good job of this. i’ve learned everything i know from him. :)

Why do the commentators feel the need to announce every single move the players use, it adds nothing to the commentary we aren't blind holy shit also, a full boost kick does like 18%. the knockback increase from 18 extra percent is a lot more significant than the slight stale effect from using a move once
