I Love how Ranai used reverse Lloyd Rocket in this set to shift his hurtbox and avoid the blastzone! Good stuff to both players!

I saw that too, not only does it shift your hurtbox like you said, but it stops all of your momentum letting you live longer. Interestingly enough, I noticed that you can also use the loid rocket again instantly since it disappears once it gets into the blast zone. Aiming it off screen actually lets you use it sooner.

I believe the meta had changed as Ally adapted but Ranai is still struggling with that, But Props to Ally though, no Johns.

It's unfortunate. Ranai really got the short end of the stick here. Fighting a Mewtwo as innovative as WaDi in pools and then bumping into Ally this early in losers because he got bodied by a Kirby? Good stuff regardless though.

Has nothing to do with getting the short end of the stick. Ranai struggles against DLC. So he's going to struggle to get far now cause majors are stacked with Clouds, Bayos, and Mewtwos. So unless he masters a really good secondary, I don't see that changing. Villager as a character just isn't very solo main worthy anymore.

It's more of mewtwo he loses to since he's beaten clouds like mr.R and Komo and has beaten bayo so it's honestly he has had to play wadi and rich in pools and loses to aba

Beating a Cloud or Bayo here and there doesn't mean he doesn't struggle against them. Komo usually gets the better of Ranai. At Shots Fired, Ranai lost to Tweek 2-0 and 9b 3-0. In crew battles, Salem is always counterpicked against Ranai cause he beats him free.

I saw a moment where ally was able to Cape a bowling ball dropped from on top of a ledge. I wonder if caped if it will go back up, after being dropped down. that would be a kill easily. I know ness can bat them and they go back up, it kills villager crazy early. I just found out that you can use ness' bat as a reflector against an opposing ness' PK flash in training. imagine the kill power on that if landed. shooot.....I imagine it being as strong or stronger than ganons reverse warlock punch :0 :)
