Maybe because Icies can beat Sephiroth? Most if seph match ups that people think are in his favor are more 50-50. He really hace no significative advantage over anyone

It seems Ned totally forgot that D-smash pops their shield open like a can. So many missed opportunities... That's how Tweek defeated Big D with Sephiroth previously.

That's a fantastic point , he shielded like crazy . You drop his shield low and he is open to attacks.

Totally agree. Ned needed to make D think twice about shielding Additionally, he needed to mix up some reverse up-airs and some counters in. D threw out so many icicles and freezes that counter attack could also break up his attack pattern there

So disappointing. That dude pretty much camped inside his shield. And not one single attempt to pop the damn thing open with down smash… he’d literally regular get up from ledge majorly and immediately shield. NOT A SINGLE DOWN SMASH!!!
