I know this is an old comment but I think it's worth mentioning. Arcfire is a crazy good ledge guard that a lot of people have troubles dealing with, especially against a good Robin. The best way to deal with it is to time your get up. Arcfire is really good, but also has some lag to it. There's a small window from the end of one arcfire to the activation of another arcfire that you can use to do a normal get up + shield, jump out of, or drop down + jump up above ledge + attack the arcfire ball before it hits the ground to get rid of it completely (this is one of the better options because Robin will still be in the arcfire animation while you get a clean opening). I do NOT recommend regrabbing the ledge because a good Robin can space the arcfire in a way that when it hits the ledge it'll start to drift downwards, hitting anyone not in invincibility (this also applies to anyone who waits on the ledge for too long, so avoid that. Robin can also Levin Down Smash punish anyone on ledge with no invincibility). I also strongly recommend not rolling from ledge either since Robin arcfire spaces him/her perfectly to jab jab fire tome you right back off the stage (as demonstrated by the last game).
