yeah 4v4 is way too fast. incineroar is the only thing that keeps the tier slow by clicking fake out and forcing people to switch.

Fun fact: Groudon used Precipice Blades 37 times. The move hit 70 times, successfully landed 47 times, was dodged 11 times, was protected 10 times, and hit Immune Pokémon 2 times (Flying Tera Zacian was one of them). Groudon hit 33 different Pokémon in these 18 matches. It scored 29 KOs in total, with 4 of them being on Incineroar, which is the only Pokémon that was KOed more than once by Groudon. Precipice Blades scored 18 KOs. Heat Crash was used 15 times and ended up KOing 9 Pokémon. Stomping Tantrum was used 5 times and got 2 KOs. Precipice Blades broke Mienshao's Focus Sash twice. In match 4 and 13, Groudon didn't attack once. Precipice Blades was blocked one time by Wide Guard from Lunala. Calyrex-Ice-Rider was the most-hit Pokémon by Groudon, taking 13 hits in total. Incineroar, Lunala, and Ogerpon-Wellspring were hit 6 times, while Alolan Ninetales, Clefairy, and Terapagos were hit 4 times.

As for the ninetales matchup you need to remember you can reset the weather in a single turn if you swap groundon out and have your other mon use a pivot move like incineroars parting shot to switch right back into groundon

Its forced in the best of 3 ladder, since thats the more competitive one. The best of one ladder lets both players consent or not. Its kinda why Bo1 is seen as the gimmick team ladder, or for quickly testing stuff

In what way does each team only get one legendary? Just saw Kyogre, landorus, and tornadus on one team. And aren't raging bolt and urshifu legendary?

When freezai says legendary he means restricted legendary, not all legendaries are classified as restricted legendaries. Restricted legendaries are usually 650 base stat total and up like rayquaza, kyogre, and groudon. However Tornadus and Landorus while being legendary Pokemon arent classified as restricteds since their base stats are only 600, and arent part of the box legendary trios either or anything.

Vgc is fast paced because you don't want people watching to get bored of seeing recover, protect and stall. Also showdown is lot faster than cartridge that's why you might think vgc is for people with goldfish attention span.
