thanks. I enjoyed making the film. It was shot in the Philippines though originally meant to be filmed in Colombia. The city, Vigan, is an old Philippine city in Northern Luzon dating back to the Spanish colonial years so for us it fit fit quite well.....Ferde Grofe'

I remember renting this as a kid and last year I found it at a vhs convention and they wanted like $80 for it but then I found it at a toy show for $2 a few months later.
