My daughter turned me onto this song about three weeks ago. Immediately I loved it. Today, I put it on repeat so I could listen to it again a couple times. The vocoder on the vocal intro is really brilliant. Using vocal effects that aren't the megaphone is something we've always wanted to do, but find it's kind of hard to pull it off so our songs so far have mostly clean vocals. The vocoder was refreshing.
