Bro.. எனக்கு over thinking இருந்துச்சு ஆனா இப்ப இல்ல 1.நம்மள நாமே தாழ்வு படுத்திக்க கூடாது.. நம்மால முடியாது, நடக்காது னு நெனைக்க கூடாது.. நம்ம best நாம முதல்ல நம்பனும் 2. அடுத்தவங்க என்ன சொல்லுவாங்க அடுத்தவங்க என்ன நெனப்பாங்கனு கவல பட கூடாது 3. Busy யாவே இருக்கணும்.. எதாவது ஒரு வேலை பாத்துகிட்டே இருக்கணும்... உடலுக்கு வேல குடுக்கணும் workout எதாவது some thing 4.அடுத்தவங்க உங்கள பத்தி சொல்ற negative கருத்துக்களை நம்ம மூளைக்கு எடுத்து போக கூடாது.. அத கண்டுக்க கூடாது.. முக்கியமா பயப்பட கூடாது எது வந்தாலும் பாத்துக்கலாம்ங்குற தைரியம் இருக்கணும்... இப்படித்தான் நான் over thinking ல இருந்து வெளிய வந்தேன்.. இப்போ confidence ஆ இருக்கேன்.. இந்த video 🥰🙏🏽.. Actually I was in overthinking stage, depressed for a month eating junk food daily .. past 2 days I did meditation for 5 mins... Had a walk at a green garden... Started painting... Feeling really happy

1.Forgive yourself 2.Communicate with yourself 3.shift yourself- move to another place for while 4.Mind awareness- write down negative thoughts & try to overcome from that 5.try new things- break the rule 6.Give your best,forget the rest--think only work,not results 7. Avoid junk food , take protein rich food 8.spend some time for sports/playing/meditation Hope it's useful to someone 👆👆

Yes brother I am also overthinker. So I lost many thing for over thinking. I had stressed and I was consulting pshychartic and psychologist. I took stress tablets. Over thinking and stress were affect my life and I discontinued my engineering and often suicide thoughts also occurred. I was unable to concentrate anything. So I have been taken meditation and also avoid junk foods and take good sleep this way helps to reduce overthinking.

Every day night I waked suddenly in any time in over thinking.... For my depression, frustration, sterss , past life miss understanding ,family problem, relatives misbehaviourness, Friends undrestimated, neibours miss understanding, my behaviours ,my attitudes, it's all mixed to in main part of thinking .
