Mostly good food and enough sleep cures overthinking... Even if that is not working, may be we need to analyze whether we have over stress or anxiety...

More awareness has to be created around this topic.. Most people think people who face overthinking is their fault.. But the reality is mostly other persons are only the reason for creating stress and anxiety.. I wish All people should have knowledge about it and act responsibly instead of making the person who suffer from mental illness as villian Or a scapegoat everywhere... I'm telling this after suffering much because of it both in professional and personal life even now... Everytime I overcome and start doing my work without thinking much, one or other person comes to my life to create so much stress in me and blame me finally for every wrong things...

Methods to get rid of chronic worry 1. Chronic worry will usually start with "What if" worrying about the future. Ignore if the worry starts with "What if" treating as what if (0)* I get cancer. 2. Mock at the chronic worry rather than trying to fight against it . Eg: What if I get a fatal illness? Mock it like: yes, & I better call the hospital to make reservations now & probably the funeral home, too. The point of a humoring response is to become more accepting of the worry so that it matters less to u. 3. Repeating ur worry reduces it's power. Repeat ur worry 25 times infront of mirror 25 times u feel much relaxed. Read these things from the book "worry trick" must needed book for people who overthink

Overthinking is biggest problem in my life but sometimes it help me to find the root of causes , I don't know it curse or boon but I know now I am not matured enough to control it , I struggling in sleep more dreams disturbing me. I rethink again even after I made a decision. So many times I know the solution but I can't implement it because of exhaustion of my mind , I am always living with mind Chaos without clarity.

Thank u Dr. I started to think, why it happens to me, no answer found,later on I became addicted to revine each and every incidents happens in my life, day to day. Know I can't come out from revining, it affects my daily duties. So pls post more videos regarding this over thinking. 🙏🏻

நாளைய பொழுதைப் பற்றி கவலைப்படுவது கிடையாது.இன்று வாழ்ந்துவிடுவதில் கவனமாக இருப்பேன். வேலை செய்யுமிடத்தில் என்னிடம் அடுத்த வருடத்துக்கான விடுமுறை விண்ணப்பம் வரும் . இரண்டு மூன்று வாரத்துக்கு முன்பு திட்டமிடுவேன் அதுவும் Risk கான Ticket றுடன் fly பண்ணுவேன்.வந்தால் வா போனா போ. இதுவே என் கொள்கை.

நான் ஒரு பெயிண்டிங் காண்ட்ராக்டர் (வாட்டர் புரூப்,சுவர் டிசைன்,கிராக் அரெஸ்ட்,ஸ்பிரே, பாலிஸ்) என அனைத்து வேலைகளும்,என்னிடம் ஐந்து (உறவுகள்) நபர்கள் வேலை செய்து கொண்டு இருந்தார்கள், எனது வேலை நன்றாக சென்று கொண்டு இருந்தது. இப்பொழுது கொரோனா பிரச்சினை காரணமாக ஒன்றரை வருடங்கள் வேலை இல்லாமல் மிகவும் மனக் குழப்பத்தில் மட்டுமே இருக்கிறேன், எனக்கு இந்த வேலையை விட்டால் வேறு வேலை பற்றியும் தெரியாது, எனது வேலையை அவ்வளவு காதல் செய்தேன், எனது வேலையில் எந்த ஒரு தவறுகளும் நிகழ்ந்து விடக்கூடாது என்பதில் மிகவும் கவனமாக எப்பொழுதும், ஆனால் இன்று சுத்தமாக வேலை இல்லாமல் என்ன செய்வது என்ற பெறும் மனக்குழப்பத்தில் மட்டுமே உள்ளேன் வேலை இல்லாமல் 😭😭😭 மீள முடியாமல்

Well said sir. Man wants to retain the position possession. The traces of fear of future for one's life and the kin and kith. Fail to understand the reality of life and it's uncertainty. Positive thinking is good but at the same be prepared for worst. Be humble and simple.then you feel freeness of mind!!!!

உங்கள் பதிவு மிக அருமை, கொஞ்சம் விளக்கம் தர முடியுமா ? எனக்கு பின் அனைவரும் என்னை பற்றி தேவையில்லாமல் பேசுவது அதிகமாக இருக்கிறது. மேலும் குடும்பத்தை பற்றி கேட்பதும், வங்கி கணக்கு உள்ள பணம் எவ்வளவு, பத்து பேர் இருக்கும் இடத்தில் என்னைப் பற்றி பேசுவதும் அதை கேட்கவும் முடியாமல் , வேலை செய்யும் இடத்தில் நான் குடும்ப சூழ்நிலை என்னுடைய வேலை முக்கியமானதாக இருப்பதால் நான் அவர்களை கேள்வி கேட்க முடியாத நிலையில் உள்ளேன். மேலும் இதிலிருந்து நான் எப்படி என் கவனத்தை மாற்ற வேண்டும். கோபம் அதிகமாக வந்தாலும் என்னால் வெளியில் சொல்லமுடியவில்லை. குடும்பத்திற்காக நான் அமைதியாக இருக்க வேண்டியுள்ளது. மேலும் அவர்கள் தேவைக்காக . பேசுவதும் அதன் பிறகு கண்டும் கண்டுக்காத நிலையில் உள்ளது போல் சென்று விடுகிறார்கள். என் மனம் மிகவும் வேதனையாக உள்ளது. என்ன செய்வது ...
