Leeds Beckett and Uni of Leeds are some of the best universities in UK. LBU have QS 5 stars and UoL is part of Russels group. The city is really welcoming and nice. Crime rate is comparatively low from London, Manchester and Birmingham. Rent is low and university accommodation is cheaper. Most common part time jobs are warehouses, carehomes, restaurants and hospitality.

The job prospects of your course, how much career support is there etc etc. This means u have to do a useful degree. for eg- A student studies MARKETING At a top European college and passes out. He may be a good student but will find it extremely difficult to get a job because Marketing is a field where U need to know the pulse of the people living in a particular geography

Broh😂 Ask people who’ve completed courses. Not with the one who just reached. I know your making business out of this. Most of em especially mallu’s came to UK by picking random courses. Never do that, if you’re having proper plans then you can come no problem, I.e. if you have 3-4 years of experience in growing fields then definitely you will endup in good career. Else you will end-up doing survival jobs or carehome jobs. No offence, I was a international student tooo.

I personally worked for care home for long time when i was student too, Why people spend 20 grand n do masters to work in a carehome? Instead in that money they can do nursing degrees n get sponsored right. Earning 1500-1700 grand in UK city’s is nothing after recession. It might sound like a big figure but ask people who’s in UK, they won’t have any kind of savings. And career growth opportunities is almost nill for carehome. Yes, if you’re passionate about it do it, nothing wrong in that. But I’ve seen people who are really smart and good in their fields, endup doing carehome jobs just in the name of PR. And 5 years is not a small time, by the time u get ILR all of your skills will be outdated Instead let them do a proper career plan, get a good experience n then either try to apply for job directly or do masters n then apply for tire 2 visa in their profession. As I’ve seen if you have 3-4 years of experience in demanding fields like IT, aviation, engineering etc. It’s super easy to get sponsored. Only thing to note is, you need to be having strong enough CV with good experience. I’ve done same
