"Hes gonna kill you" This is why I love Vi. She pushes Isha and Jinx to the side. She takes the battle all on her own. She doesn't think about her own life here, just Jinx and Isha. She's a fucking beast with a pure heart. I miss her already. And, not to mention, she even implicitly trusts her sister despite everything. She is filled with so much love and just wants her family to be safe. Oh, and the way she opens her arms to Jinx for this one moment of peace together. Beautiful charecter and beautiful scene.

Hands down, this is my favorite scene in the show. Seeing Vi throw herself between Isha, Jinx (who she tried to kill earlier), and Warwick really shows what kind of person Vi really is. That combined with the music, animation, and emotional impact made this my favorite. Also, seeing Vi go toe to toe with Warwick

It was supposed to be a kill shot, his head broke open but you can see he has an insane, nearly instant regeneration factor. If you watch it in slow motion you can see the skull reform and the skin regrow in seconds.

I love this scene entirely, especially when Vi decides to stood up and fight to protect Isha and Jinx, like the big sister she's always been no matter what harshful words she said before. You can feel that when she says "He's going to kill you" and the frame of Warwick trying to reach out to Isha but he's being stopped by Vi. And then the frame that breaks me everytime, is after Jinx says "Vi it's him. You have to believe me", Vi listen to her and start to put her weapons down--- THAT SLOW MOTION on her is just insane, as if she's ready to risk it all, even her own life, taking the hit, just to really see Vander again 😭😭😭

Vander is one of my favorite characters in the show, and to see his humanity showing through in the monstrous form never fails to bring a tear to my eyes. Top it off with the group hug and “what have they done to us,” and it just cements my stance. Excellently done

Episode 8 really broke me. The one thing that it's consoling me is that pain is not the only thing Vander AKA Warwick felt. He got the opportunity to love and to be loved, even if it was for a short time.

Real talk, no jokes- This scene truly represents Vi as a character for me. She may screw up, not think everything through, and regret past actions that did more harm than good. But this scene? This scene shows the type of person Vi truly is. She would throw her own life away if it meant it would save Jinx and Isha. The past fight she had with Jinx was utterly forgotten in the heat of the moment where Vi had no time to try and convince herself her sister was beyond saving. In that very instant, they were sisters and Vi moved to protect her on instinct. And after all of that, with Jinx's final plea, Vi trusted her with all their lives and lowered her Gauntlets. Vi is by no means the best at fixing her problems, but in the heat of the moment faced with death she proves she has her heart in the right place.

I just love how this episode you see Vi’s turmoil towards jinx but also she her reminiscing in a way when she sees Isha and jinx together. And then when jinx is reading the letter vi wants to comfort her but hesitates putting on the gaunlets instead. And then at the end when Warwick comes protecting JINX is specifically why she starts a fight with Warwick she saved her and then said “he’s going to kill you” and proceeds to fight him. And then it all came together with that HUG 😭

They put a lot of emphasis on it, first with synged blood then when isha gets hurt you see him tracking her scent, than when jinx says "something got him riled up" it show a close shot of Isha's face, then finally you see him attacking her and Vi stopping him with another close shot of Isha's bloody nose. But for some reason it's actually really easy to miss it in the heat of the moment because each second of arcane throws so much actions and informations at you. I noticed it because I knew that WW has good blood tracking ability from the game (even if I don't play Lol he's a very famous champion). I've watched a tons of reactions to this fight and mote than 50% of reactor miss the fact that he's going for Isha because of her injury.

Agreed. Warwick is too powerful for someone without abilities to take on alone. Youd need someone tough like Malphite, Zac, Nautilus or maybe rammus to give warwick a beatdown. Anyone else basically uses magic and thats overkill for him. Maybe Jax too since hes a skilled fighter.
