This is pretty cool, like how FF7R had alternate battle tempo version of the area themes when getting into combat. I could imagine this in some theoretical remake of FFX. Nice one!

I think you went too fancy with the drum kicks at the end of the song. There’s a certain beat that throws the rhythm off. The early half of the song is masterfully created but the middle gets very jumbled. It felt unnecessary.
